Students in Texas City Used New Form of Meth

Law enforcement officials are investigating how a group of students at an intermediate school in Texas City came into contact with liquid methamphetamine.

According to authorities, the girls were behaving strangely and “zombie-like” while they attended classes at Blocker Middle School.

A representative from the Galveston County Sheriff’s Office said the meth was on a stamp. The girls absorbed the controlled substance by simply removing the stamp from a wad of aluminum foil and touching it. Liquid meth is a new form of the drug.

The school district decided to give all six students suspension.
